There are two ways to remove your Plumb Bill Pay app account:
1. Email
- Send an email to Plumbbillpay@thinkplumb.com with the subject line “Request to Remove Plumb Bill Pay Account.”
- In the email, include your full name and if applicable the client & entity you are associated with.
- Plumb’s customer service team will process your request within 48 hours.
2. Phone
- Call your Plumb Bill Pay Team or the main Plumb phone number (619) 225-9322.
- Ask for “App Account Removal.” You will be directed to the app support team.
- A Plumb team member will assist you with removing your account.
