Data Removal Policy

There are two ways to remove your Plumb Bill Pay app account:

1. Email

  • Send an email to with the subject line “Request to Remove Plumb Bill Pay Account.”
  • In the email, include your full name and if applicable the client & entity you are associated with.
  • Plumb’s customer service team will process your request within 48 hours.

2. Phone

  • Call your Plumb Bill Pay Team or the main Plumb phone number (619) 225-9322.
  • Ask for “App Account Removal.” You will be directed to the app support team.
  • A Plumb team member will assist you with removing your account.
