Scherer graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in International Business. He holds an MBA from San Diego State University. He resides with his wife and three children in San Diego.

Stender joined Plumb in 2003 as the company’s corporate Controller and was quickly promoted to become a key member of the executive management team. She oversees Plumb Bill Pay, including management of the team, handling new business development and implementing a strategic plan for growth.
Stender graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. She currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband and three children.
